I read "The Hunger Games" ("The Hunger Games.") by Suzanne Collins. In the novel, Katniss and Peeta, the two main characters, fell in love with each other during the games. After the games, the whole audience, all of the districts, where following Katniss and Peeta's love for eachother as a public romance. The crowd loved the Katniss and Peeta together, so Haymitch told Katniss to keep loving him, but more stronger and fake, just for the audience. Their love for eachother quickly faded away as soon as Peeta found out that Katniss was "acting". Also, the audience found out Katniss just "acting" and nothing turned out well at all for Katniss. This shows that every time you lie to someone, it doesn't turn out very good for you in the end.
